Common Data Views in the Profile Selector: How Do I Run Pre-determined Searches?

How can I run pre-determined searches for members, prospects, related profiles, or members with outstanding invoices?

Common Data Views are pre-selected searches based on what you might most often want to view.

1. On the menu go to Profiles > Select Profiles.

2. Click the Common Data Views tab.

3. Select a Data View from the drop down.

• All Members: This shows all profiles that are currently added as members.

Membership does not require a membership level. To confirm membership, go to the Profile View screen and you will see a Drop Member button (top left) if they are currently a member.

• All Members and Main Contacts: This shows all profiles that are currently added as members and also related profiles that are set as the main contact of those members (based on relationship settings).
• All Members and Profiles Who Receive Communication: This shows all profiles that are currently added as members and also related profiles that are set up to receive communication on behalf of those members (based on relationship settings).
• All Members and Primary Relations: This shows all profiles that are currently added as members and also related profiles that are set as primary relationships (e.g., an employee) in your Relation Type settings.
• All Individuals Who Receive Communication From a Member: This shows all profiles that receive communication on behalf of a member profile (based on relationship settings).
• All Individuals Who Receive Communication From a Member (Excluding the Main Contact): This shows all profiles that receive communication on behalf of a member profile, but are not also set as the main contact (both based on relationship settings).
• All Profiles with Unpaid Invoices: This shows all profiles with at least one unpaid invoice (of any past due amount).
• All Profiles with Invoices 30 Days Past Due: This shows all profiles with at least one unpaid invoice (at least 30 days past due).
• All Profiles with Invoices 60 Days Past Due: This shows all profiles with at least one unpaid invoice (at least 60 days past due).
• All Profiles with Invoices 90 Days Past Due: This shows all profiles with at least one unpaid invoice (at least 90 days past due).
• All Profiles with Invoices 120 Days Past Due: This shows all profiles with at least one unpaid invoice (at least 120 days past due).
• All Profiles with an Invoice DUE In The Next 7 Days: This shows all profiles that have at least one invoice with a due date that is within the next 7 days.
• All Profiles with an Invoice DUE In The Next 14 Days: This shows all profiles that have at least one invoice with a due date that is within the next 14 days.
• All Profiles with an Invoice DUE In The Next 30 Days: This shows all profiles that have at least one invoice with a due date that is within the next 30 days.
• All Profiles with an Invoice DUE In The Next 60 Days: This shows all profiles that have at least one invoice with a due date that is within the next 60 days.
• All Organizations: This shows all profiles that were created as organizations.
• All Individuals: This shows all profiles that were created as individuals.
• All Prospects: This shows all profiles that are marked as a prospect.
• All My Prospects: This shows all profiles that are marked as a prospect and assigned to the currently logged in user.
• All Profiles with Unpaid Dues Invoices: This shows all profiles that have a dues invoice that is past due (of any past due amount).
• All Profiles with Unpaid Dues Invoices 15 days Past Due: This shows all profiles with a dues invoice that is 15-29 days past due.
• All Profiles with Unpaid Dues Invoices 30 days Past Due: This shows all profiles with a dues invoice that is 30-59 days past due.
• All Profiles with Unpaid Dues Invoices 60 days Past Due: This shows all profiles with a dues invoice that is 60-89 days past due.
• All Profiles with Unpaid Dues Invoices 90 days Past Due: This shows all profiles with a dues invoice that is 90-119 days past due.
• All Profiles with Unpaid Dues Invoices 120 days Past Due: This shows all profiles with a dues invoice that is 120 days or more past due.
• All Profiles with Dues Invoices coming due in the next 7 days: This shows all profiles that have a dues invoice with a due date that is within the next 7 days.
• All Profiles with dues invoices coming due in the next 14 days: This shows all profiles that have a dues invoice with a due date that is within the next 14 days.
• All Profiles with dues invoices coming due in the next 30 days: This shows all profiles that have a dues invoice with a due date that is within the next 30 days.
• All Profiles with dues invoices coming due in the next 60 days: This shows all profiles that have a dues invoice with a due date that is within the next 60 days.

4. Click Run This Search. Your results will then appear in the datagrid.
