Adjustment Tool Fix

In the regular 17.4 April software release, we added a feature to allow partial adjustments of Unapplied Payments made with credit cards. As a result, the default amount for any adjustment made in the adjustment wizard defaulted to $0.00 instead of the invoice amount remaining, and disabled the ability to do partial adjustments on specific line items.

This download includes a fix for this issue to restore the correct negative default amount and ability to edit individual line item amounts for adjustments.
