As part of our commitment to excellence and customer success, we’re happy to announce several enhancements and improvements to WebLink Connect to help you manage your organization more efficiently and effectively. As with previous releases, we will roll out these changes in stages beginning Tuesday, February 14. All customers will have the release by Tuesday, February 21.
Event Search in Profile Selector
As we gear up for our Event Upgrade release in March, we are excited to introduce a new Profile Selector search filter for event data. The Profile Selector is our most robust search tool in WebLink, allowing you to pull lists of profiles based on contact information, categories, dates, billing records and invoices, join dates, and more. With this release, you can now add search criteria based on event attendance to any Profile Selector search.
This feature allows you to search for profiles that have been set as an attendee or sign up for any event in your database. You can select one or more events, choose if you want to filter to attendees (individuals) or sign ups (usually organizations). You can even exclude events, to eliminate profiles from your search if they have attended certain events.
Use this new criteria to create targeted lists that will increase event interest and registration by sending the right messages to the right people, based on real-time data.

- Fixed an issue with Google calendar links in event registration confirmation email
- Updated geographic filter labels in WebLink Local
- Fixed dynamic column issues saving grid state in Payment Selector
- Fixed an issue displaying Billing Expires dates in Auto-Generate Invoices
