As part of our commitment to excellence and customer success, we’re happy to announce several enhancements and improvements to WebLink Connect to help you manage your organization more efficiently and effectively. As with previous releases, we will roll out these changes in stages beginning Tuesday, October 11. All customers will have the release by Tuesday, October 18.
Data Export/Reporting Tool Query Library
Our Data Export/Reporting Tool is a popular feature for building custom data exports, allowing you to select your columns, filters, and sort order and export to Excel or open your results in the Profile Selector. With this release, we are launching a library of sample and "starter" queries for you to import and use as-is or configure to give you exactly what you need in a report!
The Query Library is now available in our new Help Center, with instructions for downloading and importing any of our 20+ queries to give you a head start on the exports you need. Click the Query File Library link in your Saved Queries quick actions or from the Data Export/Reporting Tool itself. Queries range from basic member information to event attendance lists to profile custom field data, and all are completely customizable for you to add/remove fields, filters, sort order, etc. Feel free to suggest any other sample queries you think would be useful!
Assign Multiple Profiles to a User
On the Details tab of a profile, assigning one of your Users as the designated staff member for that profile is a great way to easily manage which Prospects, Members, and even individuals (e.g. Committee Members) you are responsible for. Now, it's easier than ever to update profile assignments using our new mass-update option in the Profile Selector. Simply select the profiles you want to assign, right-click, and choose Assign Selected Profiles to User.
New Social Network Options
As Social Media expands exponentially as a communication tool for your members, we've received feedback requesting additional Social Networks for you to record for your members and promote on your online directory. With this release, we've added 5 new options for your members to update in their Members Only website, or for you to update in their profile. These Social Networks will display on their online listing (based on your configuration settings), and be tracked as referrals for you to demonstrate as added value for your members.

Bug Fixes and Other Improvements:
- Fixed an issue with the summary .CSV report when batch-dropping over 100 members at a time
- Updated date format in Add Member screens
- Added quick links to our new Help Center from each main menu item (see "Get Help With..." at the bottom of each main menu)
- Fixed an issue with the Send Receipt feature from a profile if the profile has no email address
- Updated the Data Export/Reporting Tool to dynamically display filter options for some fields
