New Member not showing in New Member List

Issue: I made an existing profile a member and now they are not showing up as a new member in reports or the new member list on the website.

Cause: The profile has a member since date in the Member tab that is set outside of the new member threshold. 

Resolution: Go to the Member tab and update their date to the most recent join date.
