With our August software update, you will be able to access the following new sections in the browser version of Atlas (you must be logged in to the browser to see these pages):
Profiles > Select Profiles (BETA) (you will only see this menu item in the browser version)
You can use the search bar at the top of the screen to search for a specific profile name, or you can use the tabs in the left menu to search by profile information, affiliation codes, categories, common data views, etc. The results appear below the search terms, and you can click on a profile to view that profile.
View a Profile
Click on a profile name from the profile selector results, or from the quick search results in the top search bar on the screen.
This view contains all profile information in a "ready only" format, with events, contacts, referrals, custom fields, benefits and member activity visible as you scroll down the page.
Edit a Profile
Click Edit from the Profile View page to edit a profile.
All of the editable fields for the profile are organized into the different tabs on the left of the screen. You can edit all general information, add or update billings and listings, affiliation codes, social media links, etc. Save as you go, or click Save Profile to save your changes and return to the profile view.
NOTE: In this early stage, the New Profile, Drop Member, and Add As a Member buttons are not yet operational. These will be enabled in future iterations of the new screens, along with options to add and manage profile relationships and contacts.
