Reinstated member not appearing on Website

Issue: I am reinstating members who I dropped for non-payment and their listing is not showing up on our website once they are re-activated.

Cause: The listing was set to inactive when they were dropped.  

1. Find and open the profile that is not appearing.
2. Click on Edit Profile and navigate to the Listings tab.
3. Click on the listing category (tab) that is missing.
4. Place a check next to Active.
5. Click Save Profile.
