Report Catalog - Successful Searches by Date

This is report provides a list of keywords typed in to your online directory search form that successfully discovered listings in your organization's membership directory within a time period that you specify.  The resulting keyword searches are grouped by search term, with a list of dates that search term was used and a total count. It's sorted by the number of searches in the time frame you chose (highest to lowest).

 

This is a good tool to evaluate the impact of keywords on your membership directory listings.

 

Upon running the report, it will prompt you for the following parameter(s):

• Starting Report Date (StartDate) - Enter a start date to find summary information in.
• Enter Ending Date of Report Period (EndDate) - Enter an end date to find summary information in.
