Financial Integration with QuickBooks Online Now Available

Intuit's QuickBooks is one of the most commonly used accounting software programs among WebLink clients. Previously WebLink has integrated only with the desktop version of QuickBooks, but with this release we have added the ability to integrate your WebLink database with QuickBooks Online. In just a few clicks, you can be fully integrated with your QuickBooks Online account and easily post your day-to-day transactions into journal entries in QuickBooks Online. Data Export Tool - Committee Data Group

WebLink's Data Export/Reporting Tool (in the Reports menu) makes reporting a breeze, allowing you to select the fields on which you want to report, apply filters and sort, export data and save and share queries. We've added a new data group called "Committee Members" to this report to help you create flexible, detailed reports on current and past Committee members. Click here for instructions on using the Data Export/Reporting Tool.

Save/Manage Credit Cards from Event Registration

Late last year, we introduced the first phase of our Card on File feature, allowing members to choose to securely save credit card information on your Online Bill Pay portal page. We then allowed these saved cards to be used for event registration. With this release, we've added the final piece of the puzzle: event registrants can now save card information at the time of registration for future use. This will further streamline event registration for individual employees logging in to sign up for events, allowing them to submit all contact and payment information with just a few clicks.
