Preferred Method of Billing Setting

We've added a new setting allowing any profile to select whether they'd like to receive their invoices via Email, Print, or Both methods. You can find this new setting on the Details tab of any profile, and members can also update their own preference in the Members Only Portal. Don't worry - you can still print or email ALL invoices regardless of preference! This new setting allows you to be more efficient in your collections efforts and make it easier for your members to pay their open invoices in the way that works best for them. We've added some new links in the Invoice Selector to really streamline collections and help you get those dollars in the door! Learn more...

Pay with Card on File for Event Registrations

Last month, we introduced our new Card on File feature for your members to store a Credit Card on file with your organization to use for any open invoice. We've now added the ability for your members to use that stored card on file to pay for event registrations as well as existing invoices. Once a member has saved a card in your Online Bill Pay portal, they'll see the card available as a payment method when logged in to register for any event.

Event Confirmation 'Add to Calendar' Links

With this release, we've added automated links for your event registrants to add events to their Google and/or Outlook Calendars, directly from their registration confirmation and email. As soon as registration is completed, you'll see a link to download an Outlook calendar file or add the event to a Google Calendar. These links are included in the confirmation email as well. If you've configured your system event confirmation email for your organization, you can add a dynamic field to always display those calendar links in your custom confirmation email as well. Remove Affiliation Codes from Multiple Profiles at once

You already have the ability to select multiple profiles and add an affiliation code to all of those selected profiles - but you haven't been able to remove those affiliation codes to more than one profile at a time. Until now! In addition to the "Add" feature, we've added a "Remove" option in the Profile Selector right-click menu that will allow you to select any number of profiles, select an affiliation code, and have that affiliation removed from all selected profiles in one step. This feature will help you be more efficient with committee management, dropping members, and general data clean up. Learn more...

Automated Removal of "Receives Communication" Flag

One of the common data updates you do in your database is likely setting individuals who are related to organizations as "Former Employees," a great practice for keeping important historical data while maintaining an accurate current list of members and employees. We've had a lot of requests for our "Receives Communication" indicator to be tied to this Former Employee status - so here it is! With this release, you'll be able to set an individual as a Former Employee and have their "Receives Communication" flag unchecked all in one step, saving you time and helping keep your lists nice and clean.

Listing Configuration Options for Member Update Form

Your online directory is a powerful feature allowing you to provide vast benefits to your members and visitors to your website, and the Listing features available allow you to optimize that directory. With that in mind, we've added more configuration options to the Listings fields that your members have the ability to update themselves - you can now mix and match, allowing members to have access to update their own long description, short description, and keywords in addition to their category/sub-category. Bug Fixes and Other Improvements

  • Fixed an issue in which duplicate profiles were being created from event registrations and attendees
  • Expanded the CopyMe functionality to record contact records for "Additional Email"
