Report Overview
The Profile Affiliation by Range report provides an easy way to generate a summary listing of profiles that are associated to any affilations that you specify.

This listing is very useful for auditing your organization's affilation codes or distributing lists of specifically grouped profiles.
How to Run
From the File Menu, choose Reports > Profile Reports > Profile Affiliation by Range
Upon running the report, you will be prompted to enter a range of affiliations (from X......to Y). The Start Range and End Range are basically asking for starting letter alphabetically you’d like the Affiliations to start with and the End Range is the ending letter. For example to list all Affiliations “A – E” you would enter “A” in the Start Range field and “E” in the End Range and then click on “Add Range” and then “Ok” at the bottom to run the report.
