Report Catalog - Contacts Since

This report acts as an exception report and displays all profiles that have not been contacted within a time frame that you specify.  Results will be grouped from the greatest period of time to least.

Communication is the key to success.  This report will help to avoid unreasonable time to pass since your last contact with a specified group, minimizing the chance of members "falling through the cracks".  Print this report periodically and assign a task for someone to follow-up with infrequently contacted profiles.

Upon running the report, it will prompt you for the following parameter(s):

• Enter NumberOfDays (NumberOfDays ) - Choose the number of days that you want to search for contacts in: 7, 14, 30, 60, 90. 180,  or 365
• Affiliation Code (Affiliation Code) - Select the affiliation code (group of profiles) that you want to analyze (ex:  Members)
