Report Overview
The Envelopes by Affiliation report provides an easy way to generate envelopes for all profiles that are associated to any affiliation groups that you specify.

This report offers a way to communicate to one or more affiliations groups by postal mail.
How to Run
From the File Menu, choose Reports > Profile Reports > Envelopes by Affiliation
Upon running the report, you will be prompted to enter a range of affiliations (from X......to Y). The Start Range and End Range are basically asking for starting letter alphabetically you’d like the profiles to start with and the End Range is the ending letter. For example to list all profiles “A – E” you would enter “A” in the Start Range field and “E” in the End Range and then click on “Add Range” and then “Ok” at the bottom to run the report. You also have the option of selecting affiliations from a list of available values.
