Overview of MC Trade Training Opportunities

MemberClicks has several options for learning how to use and succeed with MC Trade. Below is a summary of each opportunity:

MC Trade Help Center

Congrats! You found the first option for training! This Help Center is designed to be a one-stop location for leaning about Configuring, Using and Best Practices for your MC Trade system. Categories in the Help Center are built for each MC Trade Module and contain all the elements of self-directed learning at your fingertips.

MemberClicks University: Master the Fundamentals (and the Advanced!)

We offer ongoing MC Trade on-demand training courses thorough our own Learning Management System, MC | LMS. As an MC Trade user, you are encouraged to take as much training as you like, and we always want you to send other new users at your association to us for training.
You will need to have us set you up with an MemberClicks University account by emailing us at training@memberclicks.com so we can get you set up. These classes will ensure you have the fundamental skills needed to manage your members, set up events, track and maintain primary financial activities and more. These virtual training sessions are perfect for onboarding new staff or providing existing users with a quick refresher!
 

Regional Training Events

Several times per year, MC Trade staff travel to a new city to offer 2 or 3 days of training for our clients. Each Regional Training is structured to cover several aspects of our MC Trade Certification program, so its easy for you and your staff to find and attend the training that is right for you. MC Trade Resource Library

Want to learn more about how Google Analytics can help you acquire more members? Need a template to quickly start a proactive retention effort? Custom Training

if you feel like one-on-one time with one of our MC Trade experts is what your staff needs, you can request Custom Training from us. All of our training staff are former MC Trade clients, so they not only understand the software but they've worked in an association and understand the industry.
