How do I add, edit or remove Sales Opportunity Lost Reason Codes?

Atlas allows you to track the reasons you lose sales through Lost Reason Codes. Lost Reason Codes are applied to Sales Opportunities when a sales falls through or a business decides not to by your product or service. Tracking Lost Reasons helps you identify trends in your sales efforts and may help identify possible solutions to common problems.
1. Go to Admin > Manage Codes > Sales Opportunity Codes > Lost Reason Codes.

2. Click New. The Selected Code text fields empty.
3. In the first text field, enter the name of your new Lost Reason Code.
4. In the second text field, enter the description of your new Lost Reason Code.
5. Click Save. The new Lost Reason Code appears in the Codes datagrid.
