Report Catalog - Selected Categories # of Times Displayed by Date

This report shows you the number of times your member listing categories have been viewed on your online membership directory within a time frame that you specify.  You can select to view all categories or just a specific range.

Knowing which categories are most popular helps you understand what your community's service needs are.

Upon running the report, it will prompt you for the following parameter(s):

• BeginDate (BeginDate) - Enter a start date to find summary information in.
• EndDate (EndDate) - Enter an end date to find summary information in.
• Enter Categories (Categories) - The Start Range and End Range are basically asking for starting letter alphabetically you’d like the Affiliations to start with and the End Range is the ending letter. For example to list all Affiliations “A – E” you would enter “A” in the Start Range field and “E” in the End Range and then click on “Add Range” and then “Ok” at the bottom to run the report.
