Issue: WebLink Connect (Atlas) is not updating properly during a software release.
Potential Cause #1: WebLink Connect icon is pinned to your task bar on the desktop, causing updates from running properly.
Resolution: Unpin the icon from the task bar and then relaunch the WebLink Connect (Atlas) application and resume updates.
Potential Cause #2: An antivirus is running and it is preventing updates from running properly for security reasons.
Resolution: Temporarily disable your antivirus software and then relaunch the WebLink Connect (Atlas) application and resume updates. Reenable your antivirus software after update.
Potential Cause #3: An instance is running in the background and is preventing the new instance from launching and updating.
Resolution: Open the Task Manager and manually close all instances of WebLink Connect (the process is called "WebLink_WPF.exe"). Then, relaunch the WebLink Connect application and resume updates.
