Member Engagement Report - Referral Rate Engagement

This report generates a list of members, ranked by the number of Referrals they have received over the date range you enter. The report separates referrals made by MC Trade and referrals made by Bots--search engine indexing tools that visit web pages in order to index them for Search Engine Optimization. It also lists each member's annual dues investment.

This report helps identify those members who are receiving the most referrals from your organization. Referrals are an important aspect of receiving visibility and potential customers. Referrals generated by MC Trade include the following:

• Views and clicks on your Online directory
• Views and clicks from Banner Ads
• Views and clicks from Event Sponsor logos
• Front desk, Restricted Web Content Records, and manually entered referrals

 

Upon running the report, it will prompt you for the following parameter(s):

• BeginDate (BeginDate) - Enter a start date to determine how far in the past to look for Referral Dates.
• EndDate (EndDate) - Enter End date to determine how far in the past to look for Referral Dates.
