Report Catalog - Sales Prospects

Report Overview

This report produces a list of Profile Records marked as a Prospect and displays all open Sales Opportunities currently open for that Profile. The information is grouped by Profile Record and listed in order of the Probability of Close on each Sales Opportunity.  For each Sales Opportunity listed, the report displays its Probability of Close; the name, phone number and email address of the main contact person; the value of the Sales Opportunity; and it's estimated date of close.

For profiles to be displayed here, they must be flagged as a Prospect on the General Tab of their Profile Record, and they must have open Sales Opportunities on their Contacts tab.

Benefits

This report provides an easy way to view the opportunities in your sales pipeline.

How to Run

From the File Menu, choose Reports > Contact Reports > Sales Prospects
Upon running the report, you will not be prompted for any parameter(s):
