Member Engagement Report - Contact Record Engagement

Report Overview

This report generates a list of members, ranked by the number of Contacts that were recorded on their Profile Record. Contacts can be recorded both manually and automatically. It also shows their annual dues investment.


This report helps identify those members who are being contacted by your association the most, but it also helps show members that are not receiving contacts and may benefit from more engagement.

How to Run

From the File Menu, choose Reports > Member Reports > Engagement Reports > Contact  Record Engagement.
Upon running the report, it will prompt you for the following parameter(s):
  • BeginDate (BeginDate) - Enter a start date to determine how far in the past to look for Contacts.
  • EndDate (EndDate) - Enter End date to determine how far in the past to look for Contacts.
