When a coupon is created or edited online, it needs to be approved to appear on your website. An email is sent to the admin person listed in the Coupon Type whenever there is a Coupon pending approval.
Follow these steps to manage Coupon submissions:
- Go to Communication > Coupons. All coupons with an Expires date in the future are displayed by default, and you can use the search fields at the top of the page to expand or filter this search based on what you're looking for.
- Click the checkbox in the "Approved" column to flag a coupon as approved. If you want to remove a coupon, you can uncheck this box to prevent it from appearing on your website.
- If you need to further edit the coupon details, click Edit in the Actions menu for the coupon to go to the Member Coupon Admin page.
