As part of our commitment to your success, we’re happy to announce several improvements to MC Trade to help you manage your organization more efficiently and effectively. We will roll out these changes to all customers by February 3.
2021 Renewal Statistics Report
On your Dashboard when you log in to MC Trade, you'll see a new button that runs a new "Renewal Statistics" report for your organization, displaying key indicators as average data across members who renewed in 2021, compared to your members who dropped in 2021. This report is a prototype, and when you run it you'll see a link to provide feedback and let us know what else you'd like to see!
This release also includes the following enhancements and fixes:
- Added an "Attended" filter to the Advanced Search options on the Attendee section in an event
- Updated Online Bill Pay to displays the description on an invoice line item rather than the revenue item name
- Fixed an additional MailChimp sync issue specific to Affiliation Code list building
- Fixed a rounding issue with certain decimal/penny amounts on invoices with multiple line items, causing payments to be recorded incorrectly
