As part of our commitment to your success, we're happy to announce several improvements to MC Trade to help you manage your organization more efficiently and effectively. We will roll out these changes to all customers on February 2, 2023.
Copy Listing Information
In our last release, we unveiled a new, easier way to add and edit Listing data on a profile. In this release, we've added another new feature for members that have multiple listings: a copy feature to eliminate the need to type out descriptions, keywords, etc. that are the same for each listing.
Sometimes members will require unique descriptions and keywords for the different categories in which they want to be included - but sometimes, all of those details are exactly the same, and you just want them to appear in a handful of related categories. In this case, just click "Copy Description Info To Other Listings" and all of the values in the Long Description, Short Description, Products & Services, and Keywords fields will be automatically copied into all other listings on the profile, overwriting anything already in those fields. This simply copies the values for you - make sure to click Save at the top to actually update all listings and the online directory!
This release also includes the following enhancements and fixes:
- Fixed an issue with Rebalance Related Revenue items improperly copying posting and other database fields when generating new line items.
